1999 Rear Sag - 3/4" Lower on the right

Hey guys,

My wife has been complaining her 1999 4Runner looks like it is sagging. I parked it in my buddies shop and he measured it out for me. It is sitting 3/4" lower on the right. My question is, how bad of a sag is this really? Is that enough to cause uneven tire wear or other problems?

If I replace the rears, should I go ahead and do the fronts as well (191,000 on the springs currently)?

I appreciate ya'lls help.

I would just do them all together. New fresh springs in all corners, shock too
