The Thottle position sensor fixed the problem. I bought it from a Toyota dealer out of Texas who sells parts much cheaper through the internet. Hoy Fox Toyota. You might want to check them out before you buy from your local dealer. Thanks to everyone who helped me with the problem.

I'm surprised theer was no code thrown if it was the TPS but I will file that soulution away for later. I have seen lot's of 2nd gens with hesitations from the TPS but far fewer 3rd gens....good to know!
