After loading my 2001 seems a bit low on the rear. I was thinking on adding 1" spacer over the rear coil to compensate for permanent load. But I can't find anywhere 1" rear coil spacer. Does someone know of any? Could you post up who makes them and/or link?

I've had a set for probably 6 or 7 years, and purchased them from ToyotaEZLift.com or something like that. I put them on at the same time that I installed new Bilsteins and a fresh set of '99 coils.

I found so far that Daystar makes 1.5" KT09107BK. I can find them for ~$40 + $25 shipping
Cornfed has 1" for $100 + shipping

Any other options?

It sounds like this has been taken care of but...

FYI, Our rear coils are the same as FJ80 coils. Slee Offroad also has 1" ers.

I've used daystar 1.5" spacers for the last 5 years. They do the job. Tough polyurethane.

I too have run the 1.5" Daystars, and they work great.

I'm using Heavy OME 891 coils. After adding CBI on the back, plus planning building cargo system, the rear will sag, so need to push it up.
Ading LC coils may be a solution, but which? I want the same rate as I have now, but taller. Plus my OME coisl are 4 month old.

Does anyone know if the stock style Bilstein shocks have enough travel to take another 1.5" of lift of the Daystar Spacers?

I have the PP springs; and still when I hook up to my Raft and Drift Boat Trailers it sags the backend down bad enough that oncoming traffic flicks their lights at me because my headlights are pointing too high.

I found local supplier and got Daystars for $45 + tax. I'd probably shave them down to 1" as 1.5" may be a bit high.

BTW, what is the stock height of 3rd Gen with stock suspension and stock tires? I'm interesting in height from the ground to the fender at hub vertical level on the front and rear wheel?

What about using air bags to help you with the weight?? I've seen someone use these on his 4Runner before, not sure who....but he wheeled with them....

I got the Daystars for $40.00 with free S&H at Autoanything.com. I am rear high now, but not excessively, I think. But did have to adjust my headlights up about 12". Should be about right now when towing my boat trailers. No difference in ride that I can tell.

The Air Bags would have been the best solution; but did not feel like spending the additional money. Last time I priced the Firestone Air Bags for my Dodge 3500, they were in the $300.00 range.

Have you tried contacting Cornfed to see if they will ship to you? I had the same problem with my 891s when I was still running my Rockware rear bumper and the normal load I carried in the back of the 4Runner. Adding a 1" Cornfed spacer helped for a while but it still continued sagging over time. I went through 2 sets of 891s in ~1.5 years and this eventually drove me to begin looking at other coil options.

OME 10MM trim packers are cheap.

They are .393". Two would be .787". I wouldn't go more than two.
Weather you use one or two you must use the stock rubber cone jounce bumper in the coil. The trim packers go between the jounce bumper and the coil, on top.

How much additional weight did you put if the coil sag. 891 are designed for 250 lb of constant extra weight.
