Not likely. The tires got on your truck because the manufacturer gave the lowest bid. I would be surprised it they included a road hazzard waranty with the deal. Check with the dealer to be sure.

Actual Discount tire stopped do that. Atleast in Utah. I was told it's a liability issue. They don't want to get sued for fixing flat. They charged me $5.00 to fix it, but, it goes towards a set of tires if you buy from them.

Some tire places will swap tires off brand new vehicles for the slight difference in price, my friends Ram came with little tires, he drove down the road to a tire place and got new tires, think it cost him like 20 bucks.
The tires on the new truck should be prorated and have a warranty on them just check the tire book with the manual, but flat don't count.
