About to start pulling things from the motor for either the timing belt or a whole new motor. Whichever holds the issue. Going to order (on monday) Front and rear Diffs with 4.88 gear ratios with F&R Lockright lockers. My Aussie has reeked havoc on my old 3rd.

Made some progress yesterday. Heading to the valve shop tomorrow to see what happened with it, because the gasket and physical condition is flawless. If i can get away with only one side, that would be nice, but i want to make sure that i don't have to go back later and do it. I have no problem with doing both, but my dad might. I've payed for everything including beer thus far, and did most the work, he just pointed and commented, so the chances of him being patient enough for both sides is not impossible.

Just got off the phone with Ryan at East Coast Gear Supply. I purchased Front and Rear diffs with 4.88:1 R&P, Lockrites, a rear solid spacer, and triple drilled flange. Life is good. Not only that i should get the word on my head today, and get the motor going. After that im having 2.25'' straight piping done after i finish the motor. Things are happening, and quick.

Spanks!
Well, I got the word from the machine shop. Their shot, two valve jobs and shim placement is $1,100... That doesn't include gaskets, belts, timing belt, etc.
$1380 will get me a reman'd 3VZ-E long block, that comes with all the gaskets i need, a timing belt, and i already got the 2 V-belts and the serpentine.
So the conclusion is, i am going up to pull the block on Sunday (my step dads ranch in Warner Springs), and ill buy the new one on Monday, then have it in by the end of the week, i hope.
Not to mention i have my diffs on the way.
