Hiya Motox,
I just wanted to check in with you and see now after a year how things have gone with your peel & seal? I have a couple months of 100 degree and about a month of >100 degree weather here a year (not to mention I'll be using my rig in the desert during the summer) and just wondered how it's held up in the heat?
Also, which brand and flavor did you use specifically? I read your posts in the Sound-Proofing/Deadening thread as well.
Thanks for any advice you can give!

Diableri-We have had a very hot summer here and the peal n Seal has held up awesome. It is made to go on the roof of a house so I imagine it can take pretty much any heat. The peal n seal i purchased was from lowes there really isn't much more to it. they only have one type there so you should be able to find it around their roofing section. I really like what I did it drastically changed hollow sound of the runner. All the panels feel like they are heavier gauge metal when you knock on them and the interior is so much quieter. I still want to do my inside firewall because I still get engine noise. I just haven't had the motivation to take apart my dash as I want to go all the way up.

Thanks a bunch for the info! I put extra some stuff in I had laying around that actually worked great for noise and heat on the floor but that is just temporary for a trip I have next week. The peel n seal would be a better solution on the body panels by far if the heat doesn't set it off to fuming. I was worried about that since we get 120 degrees easy in the desert on metal surfaces. Great to read it'll do OK, thanks again!
