well round one of puttin in my rear 488 failed. got it all together took it for a test drive and it was just not right. its fine at idol speeds but if you give it gas it makes noices.. guess illl have to take it apart and check it out in the morning

Well that sucks the locker didn't work out. You Know that i was leery on wanting to send it but you wanted to take the risk and try it anyway. I didn't want you to waste your time on it but I guess it was worth a try. If you didn't get my message I sent the money back to you for the locker. Keep it or throw it out. At least you are into a good 4.88.

I still can't believe I let the front go to junk. It was a super hot day and didn't feel like pulling it before I took it in. I'm sure someone on here could have used it. Oh well.

got your message i really appreciate it. im thinking im gonna put that towards a decent locker like detroit or something like that

got my sliders welded on!!! next is for my welded rear end. and then get around to putting matching 488s up front. not really looking forward to that swap though

Sliders!!

been working on putting in the new gears and locker in upfront, also getting the rear end welded and gone through because if somethings wrong i dont want to pull it out again!

not sure pretty sure theyre for a 4runner or something.. they are a bit short but i got some future plans that will take care of that

aha heres a picture i got on hand.. its my dads 426 hemi bored to 472 stroker.. 4speed. pushing 600 horses no big deal

kinda ran out of things to do on the truck... i got some big plans coming up with in a month or two..

but today C.O.R.E 4x4 had an event so i took the truck to that.
i took my ifs to the max in the rock pit! i was the only ifs that i saw try it. pretty sure my little 7.5 diff broke because my tire wernt spinning when i got stuck and it made a loud noise. havent really looked into it because i dont really wanna know considering i just put that diff in

ya when it slipped off that rock it was really loud and then my front wheels werent spinning but when i was getting winched out they said they were.. ill look into sometime soon
