I'm looking for a rear retractable cargo cover for my '93 preferably in Blue.

It just so happens that I've got one. It's beige and will work with your 2nd gen 4Runner, as long as you have the clips in your rig.

I'm in Vancouver, BC, specifically Richmond. PM me.

Is this only a canada thing? 2nd gens in the states never had these things.

Not sure if it's a Canada thing. I just sold a 94 4Runner last week that came with a retractable cargo cover.
