After years of R&D on both coilover suspension systems and Tacoma suspension, our kit comes ready to thrash rocks. This system features heavy construction and quality workmanship which beg to be abused. Our coilover 3-link kit is not for the entire 4x4 market, but if you are one of those people wanting the edge to tackle the toughest obstacles on the trail without having to worry about your suspension?s inadequacy, our kit has your name on it.

What stands ORS 3-link coilover kit out from the competition?

? Lower control arms thicker and stronger than our competitors and are constructed of 2.25?x .375wall DOM tube with 1.25? Heim Joints or 2.5? Johnny Joints on one end and 2? oversized polyurethane bushings on the other.
? Upper control arm and panhard bar constructed of 1.75? x .250wall DOM tube with a .875? heim joint or 2.5? Johnny Joint on one end and a 2? oversized polyurethane bushing on the other.
? Stout CNC laser cut ?? or 3/16? steel brackets, plated and sleeved at their mounting points to give them the strongest attachment available.
? Frame fully plated (both sides) and crumple zone is eliminated
? Longer 39 INCH lower control arms provide superior geometry and control
? All kits are based around 14? travel high-quality Fox Racing Shocks, longer than our competitors.
? Bumpstops and limit straps are not only offered but included in all kits. This keeps the suspension under control and protects those expensive components.

This kit was designed for and around a Diamond housing with a Toyota 8? Center section (NOT INCLUDED). We chose Diamond housings for this kit, because they reflect the strength and quality of this kit. Why have a coilover front suspension, only to split the housing like Humpty Dumpty on a rock?
