New, with center caps, but no lugs -- $400 shipped anywhere in the CONUS --

Nice rims, how much BS do these have? ....I have OEM 16s on my 97, possible trade + cash? Awe yes, the UP; where ya at? My better half is from Ishpeming

Actually I'm not far from Ishpeming. I'm looking for 16's from a newer (o3-6) 'runner though...
