These shocks will fit many makes and models
10" Stroke
255/70 valving
25.91" Extended Length
15.89" Collapsed Length
Specs from Marlins site on them
The Bilstein 5150 shock is the first production shock absorber that mounts its remote reservoir directly to the shock body. Hose leaking and failure are eliminated, and rubber mounts allow the shock body to be rotated so that the reservoir can be located in the optimal position on your vehicle. The Race Inspired Fixed CrossFlow reservoir increases oil capacity, allowing the shock to run cooler off-road. Other features include patented digressive split valving, a tough 46mm piston and a hardened chromed 14mm piston rod. Finished in Platinum Powdercoat. Solid axle application for use with 4-5" lift and long travel shock hoops. 255/70 valving, 10" Could be used front or rear
Some pics. These were used under 3k still basicaly new

Maybe the rear but not the front just because of shock setup. measure the rears with the weight of the truck and ill let you know. But keep in mind i think the 4runners rear are very similar to the fronts as the fronts dont mount like these. look at the pics and see if the rears use this style mount
Edit. i really dont think they will
