I think you would still feel understeer with ADD. The wheels are locked to the axles and the axles are still fully connected to the diff, right? If the half-shafts are somehow disconnected from the diff then the LS cannot cause them to effectively "pull" against each other. But I think ADD has the disconnect on the driveshaft.

Actually ADD is on the long side of the front axle, so it would not affect the steering in any way. All three shafts, CV's and driveshaft, are fully independant with the ADD disconnected. The pass side, 86-95, or driver side, 95-curr, is attached to the 3rd member and spins it when driving, however the opposide side shaft isnt connected so any "pulling" wont happen.

Okay, that makes sense.

So with ADD you shouldn't feel any understeer at all!
