What's up guys. This is just a feeler for my brother in law, who is selling his 2000 4Runner. First off, its located in the Atlanta area. Its a 4wd desert dune limited w/ locking diff. Only mods are removed factory running boards and disabled drl's. It has 95,000 miles, so its a youngin. She is great shape with no mechanical problems and the exterior is near perfect as well. He is asking 15,500. Any thoughts or interests? He was going to throw it up on craigslist but I thought I would give ya'll first dibs, considering this vehicle is in great shape.

It's priced about $5000 too much. 3rd gens prices have dropped a bit since 4th gens are entering their 6th year.

There's a couple other Runners with mods and maybe about 10k more miles and one of them (the same as mine pretty much) going for under $9000.

I paid $13,500 for mine with about 93k on the odo and that was 3 years ago and mine had bigger new tires,yakima basket and a few other extras.

I paid 11,000 6 months ago for my 2000 limited 4x4 with 95,000 on it.

yeah, I told him it was too high, but he is hooked on listing it at that price on craigslist. oh well. he is an industrial broker, so I guess he is a little stubborn when it comes to sales. haha!
