I have the stock unit for the 1st Gen 4Runner. It is the "premium" head unit with acoustic flavor adjustment. AM/FM cassette.
Let me know if you don't find something else.

Does everything work on it ok? If so how much would you want for it?

I've got at least one relay (poss 2), and the stock radios out of the '86 & '88. The '86 unit is a Tecniques AM/FM/Cassette that has a 9-band equalizer built in and fills the entire space (no cubby below). I remember when I picked the truck up in Guam in January of '86, I was really (pleasantly) surprised to see such a high quality stock radio come with it. It worked perfectly as of the date the truck was totalled (9/97), but no guarantees on now, although the truck has been covered in a barn since.
The '88 radio is as basic as you could get for an SR5 that year. Nothing great for an AM/FM/Cassette. If you email me direct at toy4x4runner@aol.com, I'll shoot ya some pics
