New Dick Cepek Tires!

Don't ask me how I came across these. I'm not even in the market for tires

New Trail Country: http://dickcepek.com/tires.php?item=TrailCountry

New Fun Country: http://dickcepek.com/tires.php?item=FunCountry

Just thought I'd share these with you guys in case anyone is in the market for tires, just to make the tire buying decision more difficult It looks like the Fun Country doesn't have anything in a 15" rim, unfortunately.

I see they finally added a 33x12.5, 31x10.5, and even a 32x11.5 which really surprised me!

It looks like I'll be getting a set of Fun Countrys in the 33x12.5 variety when my 32s wear out

Looks like the Fun Country has unique, aggressive tread pattern.

I run Fun Country II Radial tires-33x12.5x15 and 31x10.5x15 tires. I used to run Armstrong Norseman Radials but they went out of business. The tread pattern on the Fun Country II is identical to the the Norseman Radial. I have run this tread pattern for over 30 years and they are the best all round tire- Sand, Mud, Rain, etc and they are quiet considering their tread pattern. The Norsman did get better tire mileage compared to the Fun Country II tires. Oh, I did check with Cepek this summer and they stated that they will contuinue producing 15" tires in my sizes.

Suncomb, I didn't realize you were running FC2's or I would have asked you about them before I pulled the trigger but it worked out. I got a set of 35x12.5R15 FC2's on my '81 and I couldn't be happier. Been running them for about 7 months and they're quiet, smooth, and seem to have great traction for an AT type tire. I'll post up again after I get some time in the snow with them (I get plenty).
So far though, they are great!

What stinks is they do not have options in C and D load.....I have FCIIs on my Jeep Rubicon and love them, 285s on 16" rims load range D....for my 3rd Gen 4runner I want 265/75-17 or 285s on 17" Tundra rims I run, but they only offer them in E....I do not need a 10 ply tire on a 4runner.....sticks they do not have lighter load tires, as the new FC look sweet and I want them
