1/ there is not going to be any kind of definitive answer what are you getting now with which motor which generation 4runner? roughly? 3-4 MPG maybe less
2/ a lighter Mud Terrain? You have that much mud out there? Find a good All Terrain say Pro Comp or Nitto or similar maybe you like the BFGs and air down as needed. If you just want aggressive tread shop aggressive tread. They are out there-get your money out. Interco is a decent brand I believe but opinions vary.
