5VZ-FE Engine Swap information

I am interested in mating a 5VZ-fe to a Supra W58 gearbox.

Does anyone know how difficult this would be and what is involved?

ANy info would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

W series transmissions bolt up to 4cy 22r motors

R series bolt up to 6cy 3VZ/5VZ motors

Custom bellhousing would have to be fabricated
