3.4 Swap Oil Pan ?
Got A 2001 Tacoma 4x4 3.4l That I Am Planning On Putting In A 84 4runner. The Question I Have Concerns The Oil Pan. Do I Need To Change The Oil Pan. How Much Lift Does It Take With Original Pan To Clear The Front Axle. Every Whre I Check They Talk Of Having To Replace It With A 2wd T100 Or Using A 3.0 Oil Pan.

No, just get the correct pan. You have already put the expense and time into installing the 3.4L, better to just do it right the first time rather than after you have punched a hole in the pan.
Try car-part.com if the $130 for a new one is too much

He does have the rear sump 2wd pan, under full compression, the draglink would rub the pan, and the bottom of the pan was rubbing the 3rd member, the longer shackles were just enough to fix it.
