New exhuast gaskets on crossover pipe

I'm having trouble re-installing my crossover pipe on the drivers side. It looks like there is an 1/8 inch gap between the manifold and the crossover pipe. I'm applying probably 50fl/lbs of elbow tourque (it's an estimate) but I am not able to close the gap. plus there is absolutely no room to put a rachet on the nut, and there is not enough space for a wrench to make any kind of movement (maybe 2 degree's of movement)

what tools do I need to get this thing tight? I went to sears, and had $97 worth of of 14mm wrenches since my selection was not large enough, but those tards don't accept debit cards (WTF is that ) ok rant over
