thanx for the good luck wish. i ordered the sensor today, but my local parts house said it'd probably be sat or mon before it gets here.

so far so good.

i put the new o2 sensor in and had the code cleared today. so far i've driven another 30-40 highway miles to work since it was cleard and no engine light yet.

I'm having the same problem, just wondering if the O2 sensor did the trick longterm?

actually no.......

i ended up with a "failing" MAF sensor...........it wasn't bad and i couldnt find it.
i had a new one put on and she's been running like a champ.
