Christian Wheelers
I want to announce that our club, Faith Wheelers, will be hosting 2 events next summer. The first will be in conjunction with our church's July 4th block party. Last year's event was such a success that were are doing it again. We created a 4x4 obstacle course with a log bridge, moguls, a fantastic mud pit, rock crawl, sidehills etc. The problem we have for 2003 is that we need a new, bigger site.
We need to find property outside of city limits, about 10 acres in size. We'll bring in the dozer and whatever else we need, and create an obstacle course. If any of you out there have some property (It has to be near Milton) and would like to have your own obstacle course, here's your chance! Please keep and eye and an ear out for potential sites. Let me know if anything pops up and who I can contact.
The second event will be a mountaintop worship service. The first long weekend in August, we will hold Sunday services as some moutaintop view point. Government Meadows looks like a good possibility, or perhaps the clearing at the top of highrider. We need to find a good open area, that is accessible by most 4wd, not just hardcore rigs. We start services whenever everyone gets there :o)
Both these events will be open and free to everyone one! Please feel free to pass the word (and the Word). I'll be updating information as time goes on.
