86 4runner, good buy or not?

Here is the description:

1986 4 runner
154k miles
Manual transmission
4 cylinder engine
SR-5 package
Auto Windows and Locks
A/C
Cruise Control
Power steering
Warn Manual Locking Hubs
15% Tinted Windows
Altimeter, Tilt and Incline Gauges from Factory
Add a leaf added to the rear to eliminate suspension sag
New clutch and Flywheel resurfaced
New spark plug wires
Just changed the oil today
New belts
New battery
Grey interior
HID headlights with projector lenses (VERY BRIGHT!)

I'm the third owner of this vehicle. It was owned by an old lady from new to 100k miles. Alignment is great and vehicle needs no new parts except new tires and windshield. It has very little rust on it but a few small dents. It passed emissions with flying colors about a year ago and should still do great. Free and clear title in hand ready to sell. Any questions, feel free to send me an email. Thanks for your interest.

This is an add pulled from my local craigslist. He's asking $3500. Is that a good deal or not?
Thanks,
Andy

welcome to Yotatech
miles are not too bad. price is about average, it depends on where you are located.
Like they they, pics tell a thousand words....
