Rubicon Trail Cleanup order?

Interesting article in the paper today about the Water Quality Board the Rubicon Trail:

http://www.sacbee.com/197/story/1578494.html

I was up there this last summer and I really didn't notice much trash/erosion/oil/etc. In fact, everyone I ran into was very considerate in taking out all their trash and staying on the trails.

Here's the original Cleanup and Abatement order if anyone is interested:

Any other locals have experience with any of this?

My point is made! No matter what we do it won't be good enough! The Bears can Sh** in the woods, but we can't! It is the wacko's at work again! What about hikers on any given trail system? No matter what we do we will lose if we sit and take it! BLM is getting 1/2 billion from Hussein in a few weeks and then look out we have voted to end freedom and off roading in this country! Say good by to your off-road friends!
There is a major disconnect between voters and their hobbies and activities! We need to educate!
