Toyota is now the mighty money-minting juggernaut of the automotive world. Although it may be the all-powerful Kong of carmakers, the company seems publicly ambivalent about its position among major world producers -- "Oh, we're going to pass GM? Really? Gosh, should we send them a bundt cake or something?"

Ezra Dyer has quite a following among the FJ target market. Not that it needs any more help (FJ dealer inventory at 4 days supply is now less than Prius at 5 in our region and again easily outsold 4R in June), but this should tempt even more into dealerships. Should bode well for resale or, if you're adventurous, a Craigslist ad in Vancouver, B.C. and get in line again. J/K...
