Question wanting to add a couple of performance mods to my 96 T100

Hey i'm new to yota tech, been searching it for awhile but this is my first post. I'm wanting to add a couple of performance mods to my 96 T100. I'm lookin into getting it chipped, air intake, and exhaust but i'm going to have to put them in one at a time cuz i'm a college kid and missing some funds. Any thoughts as to what i should start with that i'll see the biggest gains? specific brands/models people liked?

Welcome to the Forum, I have the K&N intake on a 2001 4Runner and its great, I plan on putting one on a 96 T100 also, thats where I would start, they are not difficult to install, and the engine will breath way better.

Chips and intakes are a waste of money, Although I hear throttle body spacers can net some big power.

Seriously, Your not going to get cheap power, typical tuneup for the time being and save to buy a supercharger..

Thats my 1.5 cents.

I have a 95' t-100 and it has a trd supercharger and a programable chip and it runs good I'm happy with the power boost but idk why you couldn't ad one to your 96' but I'm new at the toyota thing too but if you can I'm sure you would be very happy with the money spent
