T100 backup lights on all the time
Howdy folks. New here, 95 T100 new to me. Backup lights are on anytime ignition is on, any gear, no gear, lights on or off. Will much appreciate ideas. Also, appears y'all'l let me know if I'm doin' this wrong.

+1 on Trailer connector.
Don't know about the T100 but shouldn't there be a back-up switch on transmission - IF manual? It could be shorted. Disconnect connector to it if it has one and see what happens.
