Okay,
VIBRATION PROBLEM SOLVED. I had to buy new tires AGAIN(now on my 4th set since buying the truck). Right rear tire had a big flat spot, so I bought 4 practically new Firestone wilderness(Not a big fan, but.....)for another $300. Instantly the vibration went away.
Now for my starting issue. It seems to have also disappeared. Both all of yesterday and so far today, everytime I go to start it up, it fires right up. No smoke out the tailpipe, and no pushing on the gas pedal. So I dont know whats going on. But as long as it works properly, I am happy. Thanks everyone for your help. I will keep you all updated if the problem returns.

T100 won't start either
I have had 3 machanics look at it. I know it's not the fuel pump or fuel compression. I know it's not the starter; it will turn over. It will eventually fire after turning it over for 15 min. ...so eventually, it will be the starter. Valves cleaned and new cylinders// Did you find out why your T100 has been hard startin'?
