Exclamation Need help with body lift on '98 T100

I have a 4wd t100 and i just got a 2 inch body lift, for the most part it seems simple to install just time consumeing but my question is this. What have other people done to compinsate for the 2inches on the 4wd shifter on the floor inside the truck? the body goes up and that would stay in the same place... have people made extentions or something like that?

I did the samething just cut the Tcase shifter and weld on a 2 inch piece of steel, the 2 inch body lift I got came with a section of pipe for the auto trans shifter, same thing, just weld.
