Anti Freeze leak
Have a few drops on the tie rod that are coming off the front drivers side corner of the engine just infront of the oil filter theres alittle dampness up the front of the motor toward the thermostat housing but it isn't leaking seems to pool on the lip of the oil pan and drip down.Whats the water pump act like/leak when its going bad? This is a 1993 T100 3.0 V6

If it's just starting to weep...then yes...it will do that. As the bearing gits bad...it will start to wobble more and make some noise. Eventually it will just give out and leave you stranded. How many miles do you have on the truck? When was the last time you changed out the timing belt, idler roller, water pump, front seals?

You might be able to pull the timing cover off to take a peek but it will require you to drain the radiator down so the upper hose spout will clear the cover coming off. Make sure you don't spill any coolant so that it covers up the leak.
