Ok yes we should back up a bit:
if its a 3.4L V6 it will physically fit however the harness may give you some problems. Considering it is the same motor and actually mechanically a similar truck the engine will fit no issue. About all I can think you will have issues with is the electrical IF your T100 has the same motor as the tundra.
If its the 4.7L V8 motor you got ALOT of work to do.

The main thing you will have to change is the oil pan. The tundra has a drivers side front differential, and the t100 has a passenger side. I would take the new motor, strip the harness off, and install the T100 pan and harness. A few other things might need to be changed, like dipstick location and possibly the oil cooler.
And while you have the motor out, now would be a very good time to freshen it up. Replace the timing belt and water pump, replace the valve cover gaskets and spark plug seals, replace the rear main seal. It is much easier to do this now, with the engine out, than when it's installed in the truck.
