you may have a loose pin in your fuse box or a short in your wireing. pull your wiper fuse and get a T pin and see if your connectors are tight. if they are check the wireing, tho it's not out of the ordinary to have a bad wiper switch or a short in there too, just do some poking around, follow your wireing and just K.I.S.S. normaly thats all electrial problems are, simple crap.
