turn signals and hazard not working

I hope someone can help a little. my 81 trekker has no turn signals or hazard lights. All the fuses are good. I removed the turn signal assembly and there is no power on the left side for the signals. if i jumper a hot wire to the green signal wires there, the switch works as well as the hazard lights. Is there a relay somewhere that I have missed? which wire provides the power for the turn signal side? also, the horn is dead with no power.

Did you check that there is 12v. on the line (source) side of the fuse? Did you test the fuse or did you check the link that melts in the fuse visually? I've seen fuses that look ok and not test ok with an ohmmeter. If you prove that you do have a 12v. source, a good fuse and neither the horn or signals are working, then your problem is probably the connection on the load side of the fuse in the fuse block or you have a broken wire between that connection and the steering column.

Awesome thanks for the insight. I'm terrible with the electrical but I found a gob of wiring chaos just above the fuse block. I'll post up again with what I find

Haxard switch might explain the signals, but it wouldn't affect the horn.
