makeing your turn signals light up
well i wanted a little more light when the parking lights are on so i want about fixing that bought a set of 1157 dual filament sockets about $6 dollars each there real easy to wire cut off the old socket tape up the factory white wire take the red wire from the new socket and twist it together with the factory green wire then take the white wire from the new socket and tap that to the green wire at the corner light add a ground to where ever you like and well its about that easy
well those new sockets arent going to fit with out doing some cutting its not pretty as i had to use a knife as its all i had lol also i just washed the lights so thats why there spotty

Another trick. I just took all the lights except for the front running lights out of my 91 pu and redid em should have done a write up but was hurrin to get er done. Take the light buckets to the sink and wash em real good dont use anything to scratchy on the insides. I use dish soap and the kitchen sponge, be sure to use hot water when you rinse to get all the soap out. tape the light assy well with painters tape and spray em with chrome spray paint. be sure to use several really light coats. Restores the reflective coating and really brightens the lights up nice. The front running lights are one piece so I didnt try to seperate them.

I definetly need whiter bulbs in my corners but in my ebay special ($24 shipped) clear signal lenses I just use the OEM bulb which looks kinda amber compared to the Silverstar light output and is quite bright.
