yes the one without power should be ground, if the wire is in good condition you should be able to reuse it. Check the wire for cracked wire casing and broken frayed wires if it is in good condition and you have enough to work with there should be no reason you can't reuse it. Was the ground broken when you found it? Is it connected to a plug already? what year is your yota?
