98 T-100 only High Beams work, no low beams
My 1998 T-100 with 230,000 miles runs great still, but, only the high beams work, the low beams do not work and the blue high beam indicator was not working, then worked for about a week and now does not work. I have replaced both bulbs, tested and swapped the relay and just replaced the high beam/low beam switch and cursed alot, as the problem is still there....any suggestions?

My 4runner (98) is doing the same thing... I was running HID's then one night all of a sudden they quit working. I replaced them with a set of Silverstar bulbs and after that all I was getting were the high beams... been trying to trace the issue with others and no one has any idea...

Are you running a set of HID's? The first set of HID's I had in my truck we miss wired and I had to play with them for a little bit.
If their stock 9003 bulbs, check that you are getting ground through the red with yellow chase wire. The lights are backwards from what you would think. They a supplied power, then grounded to determine which beam you are using. The high beam is grounded through a red wire with a green trace.

This may be a stupid suggestion, but I just had a miraculous experience so bear with me...lol I shorted out my battery...long story, moral was that I'm a very lucky idiot -- and had to replace my ground cable. Truck was doing ALL KINDS of weird stuff on the inside. As in, dash lights and door buzzer coming on when you hit the brake, no key in ignition, horn wouldn't blow, *lights wouldn't come on* etc..
A new chassis ground wire brought the whole interior of my truck back to life. Things that were dim and sketchy before are like new again.
Long and short, check your chassis ground wire. It can make all manner of things go bonkers if it's missing, corroded, etc.

Either that or you may have the wrong bulbs installed. Check the voltages at the headlight connector and see if that matches up to the bulb contacts:
