Trying to reassemble engine and cannot figure out where this wire connects. On the wiring harness that runs through the intake manifold. Dont think its the starter wire but is comprised of three red wires. thanks for any advice!

That is probably the ECU ground which attaches to the rear bolt on the fuel rail.
