Question What does a 305/70/16 tire equate to?

hey all the title says it are 305/70/r16 tires equivilant to 33/12.50/r16 tires i dont know who to ask to get the conversion thanks!

Yeah they are pretty much the same. It may depend on the brand but for the most part they are the same. Not sure why but 16 inch tires don't seem to come in inches.

305 is actually 12 inchs not 12.5

12.5 is 315 a 315 tire is a 35x12.5 tire
