by the way...they're 350 bucks, the shippin adds another 100. which is about right, b/c I checked shipping from a lot of online places on tires, and its around $80-100 to ship...anyway...I think they look awesome, and apparently there made by Kelly (dont know if thats good or bad). They have a lot of other tread styles, but that one looked street and off road friendly....I'll just have to wait and see what happens when these wear out. thanks guys.

Looks like a decent thread for on road AND off road use.
Price is about right too. $350 for 4 aint bad at all
Only question is how do they wear ? And I guess only time will tell on that one

Laramie tire is one of the many co-op brands of Bridgestone/Firestone, you'll find if you google, most of the "off name brand" tires you see like Laramie, Duralon etc. are the same rubber and carcasses that come out of the Bridgestone factory. Infact I had a set of Duralon Baja widetrack MT's a while back I had got for free, noticed on closer inspection that it had the rim guard and the UNI-T symbol on the side just like the Bridgestone Dueler MT, and we all know how expensive those are. So I think the tires would probably be interesting to try, might surprise you. I think they would probably fair quite well offroad.

you are gonna spend 450 on tires then another 50-80 for mount and balance. no wonder it was so easy for me to beat internet deals when I sold tires.
I picked up my cordovan radial rvt mud terrains for 420 with tax. nice an cheap and 20k miles later they are still around. Not only that but I get free balancing, flat repairs, rotations, and replacement of tires. You will have to pay out of pocket for all of that when ordering tires online. Believe me the tire stores make you pay dearly for mounting and balancing someone elses product. If you have an issue with the tire such as a bad belt or something... well pay the tire guy to dismount it and then you pay to ship it back.. it just doesnt make sense to buy tires online when you can get it all done locally with freebies and get just as good of a price if you haggle and shop around a bit.
