weird sound when push brake pedal all the way (sometimes)
ok i get a sound thats almost like a squeal/wine sound intermittently only when i push the pedal through the floor. now i have eliminated the possible causes.
on flat road e brake pulled and at a 100% complete stop. it's not my pads or rotors. i think my booster may be failing because once i let off the pedal just a smidge the sound goes away but comes back when i apply more pedal. this is also on a 98 t100 with 211,000 miles and no anti lock brakes.
i just don't want to dive into it and it not be the problem. think it could be the master cylinder too? any help would be nice.
