I took my top off JUST before this recent bout with rain. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it back on so it's currently parked with a tarp, bungees and a few extra security devices.

I decided that I'd take it off whenever the average low was above 40 or so. I can't do it until I go home, not this weekend but next.

I've had the top off my 85 since last fall. Of course I've the front axle out the whole time too.

I had the top off (put on but not bolted at night) from last Thursday through Monday...then it rained, then it randomly snowed a little, I am not happy about this.

I'm waiting for the usual April/May spring storms to do their thing in MD. I park under a trio of pines and don't want to wake up one morning to a shattered limb poking through my Can-Back.

Not Many, but...
Tire Carrier and soft top:

Hard Top (license plate since moved to a 90/91 lighted Toyota 4Runner plate holder placed just to the right of the carrier locking mechanism):

There are some rust issues in the usual spots (edges of the wheelwells) that don't show up in the photos. Past efforts with POR-15 treatments have been unsuccessful. My parents always said I had trouble following directions-- guess they were right. I'll try again this summer. H.

No hardtop since last fall, but the canback snaps on every once in a while.
