terra clean or seafoam?

my pops took the camry into the dealer yesterday and they said there is a lot of carbon build up. i told my dad i could do seafoam but that would kill the O2 sensor and that we'd need a new one or put a old one in while cleaning. he said there is something called terra clean and that wouldnt kill the O2 sensor. anyone know about this stuff? if so, anyone recommend a shop that does it? toyota said they would charge 300+. imma call around today too.
