Removing ABS and replacing with OEM non ABS lines

I was wondering what i need to buy to fully remove my ABS unit. and run regular hard lines to the calipers rubber lines?
I tried going to the dealership and asking them to order some NON-abs toyota t100 front brake lines and they couldnt do anything with out a specific vin number. because there were so many different brake systems.

can i still use my stock Master cylinder and Brake booster? and is there some type or proportioning valve? besides the T splitters in the drivers side wheel well?

i'd like to do this the cheapist way because i'm the only 1 with income in my family and only have my truck. which is down right now because of the brakes needing new lines and the abs unit is full of air i can't get out.

thanks for any help much appreciated.
