pixar toyota hilux

(wasn't sure where this was supposed to go, its toyota related, so if its in the wrong section feel free to move it.)
So, i found this on the internet this morning,
http://jimhillmedia.com/blogs/jim_hi...why-for.aspx##
its most the easter eggs in all of the pixar animation studio movies. about halfway down, they start talking about the pizza delivery truck in toy story, which is modeled after a toyota hilux. it explains that the truck is every pixar movie they've made. i just though it was pretty cool.

I'll be danged. I always thought it was cool they had the truck in toy story, I didn't know they had it in other movies.

PS any guess on a year it looks the closest too? I'm going '79-'80 2wd
Here is Why:

Round Headlights (79 or 80)

And you can tell there is no front differential (2WD)

You know what else is cool? I have had this remote control truck since I was in 8th grade. I always thought it looked sweet and the other day I was looking at it and I realized it's a 1st gen Toyota. I will have to post pictures.

Kinda off topic, but I remember I had such a cool remote controll truck.

Black 2nd gen toyota. Ex cab, chrome roll bar with kc's, pre-runner style. I took off the stupid plastic bumpers and it was able to wheelie. Ended up breaking it with my other new truck... damn I was stupid
