OME Lift kit question

I've decided that when I do lift my truck, I will be going with OME. But now I've got to decide between the medium duty kit and the heavy duty kit.

I've got a heavy duty back bumper, plans for a winch and front winch/push bumper. I carry probably 100 lbs or more in my toolbox year round, and 3-4 months out of the year I've got a 50~ lb dog box with a couple hundred pounds of hound dogs in it. Full bodied extended cab '85 truck.

My question is, do I need to step up to the heavy duty kit, or will medium duty be fine? Its only a $20 difference, but I didn't want to get the heavy duty kit and be beat to death because I don't have enough weight for it.

You could buy the hd pack and remove a leaf or two if it's too stiff. I bought the medium duty springs for my 87 4Runner. I have no input on the hd springs.
