Need help fixing UWS toolbox

I feel like an idiot for having to ask how to fix something so simple. I have tried and failed so figured Id ask for help. I bought this toolbox with no problems then one day one of the bolts somehow came loose from one of the hydraulic arms. I took the one out of the other side to find out what size I needed to get to replace the bolt. My problem is the sleeve the bolt goes into i have no way to hold it when it is in there to turn the bolt into it. this is a very stupid problem to have but i cant figure out how to fix it.

You could try drilling through the side of the box and putting a long bar/bolt (4" should be more than enough) and securing it with lock washers and nuts and then just put the end of the hydraulic arm (where the bolt should be) and secure it with an intricate set of lock washers/nuts.

JB weld will work, you just gotta get the slow dry one and let it dry!

Here is what I would do:
Create a new sleeve out of the same or similar materials. Then epoxy and solder it on.

The hydraulic arm actually has to rotate though when the box closes doesn't it? Where are you going to put JB Weld that it won't affect rotation.

I like the idea of taking the sleeve off any tips on how to get it off without further ruining this expensive toolbox and also on how to put it back on.

Call the manufactuer and complian it broke and see what they say. Could also get to keep your old and sell it for a reduced cost.

Not being able to see it up close I cant really recommend anymore what to do.
