Driving/fog lights

I know this has been talked alot about on here, but I want ta get some driving/fog lights. I like the look of hella 500s on the stock bumper, but dont know if I should get driving or fog 500s. Or, I could get driving 500s and put a smaller set of Optilux Fogs from hella on too. Mainly using them for drivin to and from college on back roads, but that are very foggy sometimes. So many decisions...what to do. Any suggestions on what is the best, smartest, cheapest for a young, poor, dumb college student. Thanks

For the backroads Hella 500 driving lights are great, not so much in fog. They tend to light up the fog and make it harder to see. The smaller 550 fog lights work great as well. I run both.
