ARB adventure light

Soo um yeah I'll admit it I was in 4wheel parts, "not my fav." but i was there picking up some Warn power connectors for a project, and spotted the cool looking ARB adventure light. Hmmm how much is it? Well I think it was around $40ish. I bought it threw it in my rig and headed home. When I got home I went down to see how my friends 81 cherokee buildup was going, aaa it is just a a rusty heep but he was happy. he pointed out i had a headlight out,, hmm so I drove to the autoparts store grabbed the bulb i needed and went back out side. Problem one damn since I used the standard Optima 34 I had to turn it on its side to mount it. Now it was dark and my headlamp was being ˟˟˟˟y ohhh yeah i did just buy this cool light so I unwrapped it hooked it up and was done. I rate it 10 out of 10 price was a bit higher than i wanted but if it retains the traditional ARB reputation it will be worth it.

I bought one of those last year - can't remember where I got it. It's been hidden in a box until I get my cargo box built...

A quick search of Snap-On...

http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item....re&dir=catalog

$90, though, 15' coiled cord, and comes with battery clamps.

Sears got nuttin'.

Matco:

$81.

Anyway, the ARB light seems to be a pretty good value. There are likely others but I'm not in the mood to Google a bunch FWIW, I have a 2-tube Snap-on 120V given to me by my old sales rep. Love that thing. It was used before I got it, and its gotten abused pretty well, never put a new tube in or had any probs at all.

Yeah the ARB has a 15' non coiled cord, canvas/nylon type storage bag, cig. adapter with batt. clamps, and a on off switch on the cord. and 2 hanging hooks one on the tip and one in the middle.
