Will a 97 4runner exhaust work on a 99?

Will a 97 4runner exhaust work on a 99?
My 1999 4runner has no power and I believe the O2 sensor and the cat may be plugged up. I was going to swap in the exhaust I have froma 97 4runner, but the cat is different (the 97 has a large cat, the 99 has two small ones I belive. Does anyone know if this will work on the 99? I was going to swap it from the header back. Thanks!
