Question torque for the crank bolts

j/w if anyone knows the torque spec for the cranks bolts. i have a 88 pickup with the 22re in it. any help would be much appreciated

116 ft-lb for the crank pulley onto the crankshaft

I'm looking for the main bearing cap torque spec. but thank you for the link. i like having all the secs for everything and i couldnt find them.

anyone know the best place to get them from?

the link he gave you shows 76 ft lbs for the main brg caps

My source at work (online data) shows 76 ft lbs and a sequence

#3 first (the center cap), then #2, #4, #1, #5
