Stuck in the Desert, need 22RE help, will ship free beer if you get me out

Need help from someone who knows the 22RE in an 89' yota. Can't seach too well from the phone.

Please call 949.395.1253

Ill ship you a case of beer if you can get me out this one.

Description of problem:
Vehicle idles just fine. No funny sounds at idle. Won't rev beyond 2000 RPM roughly. The engine is rev limiting its self. Sounds like its cutting off the fuel? To bring the RPMs lower. At 10% throttle is will rev up a little and. Anything beyond 10% and it starts rev limiting.

How it happened: Cruising through the desert slowly on our way to the Diablo drop-off in Anza. Nothing too crazy. Crossed a couple tiny puddles (3" deep) at slow speeds. After driving another 150 yards motor started the rev limiting thing.

What Ive tried so far:
Pulled the distributor cap - clean and dry
Vacume lines - all visible attached
Battery - has no problems starting
Intake - clean, no signs of moisture inside
Electrical Connectors - cleaned all of (I think) and replugged.

Sure could use some help
